All Pro Mailing Equipment - Services, Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to Maryland or Virginia.
Customers may return their purchases within 21 days of receipt by obtaining an RMA number by calling (410) 451-0020 or you may email email@example.com. Parts must be an unused condition without wear. In the mailing industry an almost part match usually does not work. Please write the RMA # and order number on the outside of the package. All RMA numbers expire within 10 days; please ship back returns promptly. Send all returns back prepaid. Items must be in the same condition when purchased to qualify for a refund. A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns where an ordering error occurred. A 30% restocking charge applies to tabber parts. Shipping is not refundable. All electrical parts and special order items are not returnable. A special order item is an item defined as rarely ordered because the item is of an unbreakable nature. Once an electrical part is removed from the bag, installed, and power applied the part is not returnable unless doa. A burned up electrical part is not doa, it was fried after power applied and therefore not returnable.
A qualified technician should diagnose the problem first before changing electrical parts.
